Recovery
Between adventures you will have Downtime, each downtime begins with Recovery.
- Regain all stamina,
- Regain any class resources that restore on recovery.
- If wounded you may begin a 6 segment healing clock, you fill this by finding a healer and rolling a skill check with them. When the clock fills you may clear all wounds.
Resting
Outside of downtime a character can take 10 minutes and consume a ration to rest.
- Regain ½ their maximum stamina,
- Recover [½level] abilities and
- Gaining a Hope for each party member.
Hope
When the party rests around a fire they gain a Hope for each party member. This resets when you next rest. Hope can be expended to recover stamina.
Give Hope As an Action, Grant a party member you can touch a d6 Stamina per Hope expended, grant an additional [level] Stamina outside of combat.
